Starting 2024, PT Jasnita Telekomindo Tbk. Trusted to Manage Call Center 137 Indonesian Ombudsman (ORI)
Starting in 2024, PT Jasnita Telekomindo, Tbk has been entrusted by the Ombudsman of the Republic of Indonesia (ORI) to manage Call Center 137 services. ORI is a State Institution that has the authority to supervise the Implementation of Public Services both organized by State and government administrators including those organized by Business Entities State-Owned, Regional-Owned Enterprises, and State-Owned Legal Entities as well as Private Entities or individuals who are tasked with carrying out certain public services where some or all of the funds come from the State revenue and expenditure budget and/or regional income and expenditure budgets (Article 1 of the Law Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 37 of 2008 concerning the Ombudsman of the Republic of Indonesia.
Call Center 137 is intended for people who want to make complaints regarding public services, and there is no charge. Service 137 is used as a medium to facilitate communication and provide certainty regarding information in an accurate, fast and measurable manner in carrying out ORI's main tasks, namely resolving public reports/complaints. The public is given ease in accessing reports and requesting information about the Indonesian Ombudsman. This ease of access is of course relevant to ORI's important role in bridging community interests when they experience maladministration or irregularities in obtaining public service rights from relevant Ministries and Government Institutions.
In this procurement process, PT Jasnita Telekomindo Tbk. (JAST) has done through several procedures including document fulfillment processes and others. The provision of JAST services in this work consists of Call Center solution services, ICT infrastructure and interconnection, work equipment, including procurement of human resources. Agent Call Center 137 not only serves telephone calls, but also social media such as WhatsApp Business (0821 37373737), Web Chat and Social Media. This work contract will last for 12 (twelve) months from 1 January 2024 to 31 December 2024, thereby increasing the Company's clients from government agencies. In line with that, the Company can take part in assisting the Government in government services.
It is hoped that this contract is a good first step in initiating the Company's other achievements in 2024, in order to provide the best performance for all stakeholders.
