Jasnita Participates in Webinar Public Service Customer Experience in Digital Transformation Era

Public service is one of the key strategies in the media for the government to conduct socialization, identify problems, collect good feedback and public sentiment on a policy. Public service media currently use digital platforms because they are easy, cheap and fast. Coupled with the behavioral transition due to the pandemic, building new habits in communication between parties. One form of crucial public service is the Contact Center which includes social media, chat, voice, video, email and various other forms of digital platforms.

This hybrid seminar was attended by Sandiaga Uno, Minister of Tourism and Creative Economy of Indonesia, Mr. Semuel Abrijani Pangerapan, Director General of Informatics Applications, representatives from Atmajaya University and others.

As directed by President Jokowi to the CEO of the “Healthy Economy” Forum in 2021, the digital economy requires digital infrastructure and regulations and the most important of all is human resources. Jasnita hopes that this event can be a forum to add insight to the general public and academics as well as the private sector in advancing public services in Indonesia.
