What is that?

The desktop application is a softphone application that enables Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) from your computer or laptop. When you choose to use a softphone (including hardware), you can connect directly to the Cloud PBX system which can make and receive phone calls from virtual numbers or extensions associated with your account. Either WiFi or a direct internet connection, you can enjoy the service from your device.

The softphone looks the same as any other application. When you double-click or press an icon to run the program, you can use the mouse or touch screen to dial the number.

You can carry out conversations like a smartphone or headset connected to your computer.
